Live sessions are scheduled every Sunday from October 6th to November 24th, 2024 at 10am EST | 2pm GMT. Timing for guest-taught sessions will be announced later.

The ideal age for participants would be ages 35-55 years old. However, women outside of this age range would still find helpful support in preparing for menopause and addressing post-menopausal challenges.
