Who am I?

I am a Womb Wellness Educator and Writer with a professional background in Nursing, Environmental Engineering, and Peristeam Hydrotherapy. I weave the fields of medicine, environmentalism, and holistic self-care into fascinating and practical instruction for women of all ages. My upcoming book, The Peaceful Period Guide for Teens, is an informatively curated reading journey for young women that is both empowering and enlightening.

My Path to Womb Work

After experiencing a difficult postpartum recovery and recurring miscarriages, I realized that throughout my life, I was never taught the importance of my period, how to care for my womb, and the significance of honoring the postpartum phase.  As I worked to improve my own hormonal health, I explored various modalities of natural healing.  I soon discovered the gentle, yet powerful act of womb steaming and certified as a practitioner to safely teach and offer the practice to others.

Since 2019, I have helped hundreds of women experience healthier periods and greater allyship with their female bodies through courses and private coaching. My work continues to reach an ever-growing audience through published articles, podcast interviews, and speaking engagements. As a world traveler and serial expat, I have learned how to communicate my heartfelt desire to see women flourishing in their female design across cultures, contexts, and languages. And as a mother, I am extremely passionate about nurturing an intergenerational legacy of women who love their periods, honor their wombs, and protect their fertility for generations to come.
