Menstruation, Marriage & Mothering

A Free Class to Reclaim the Rhythm, Power, and Peace of Your Womb

A world where your period isn’t something you have to hide, silence, or push through.

Where your cravings make sense. Your mood swings are no longer a mystery. And your low-energy days don’t make you feel like you’re failing because you understand they’re part of your design.

A world where your cycle becomes a source of power in your marriage.

Where you stop resenting your body, and instead, listen to it with reverence.

Where your children grow up seeing periods as normal, not shameful. Sacred, not secret.

This class is about shifting the emotional, spiritual, and generational story around menstruation for yourself and for the daughters coming after you.

WHY WE DON’T HAVE TO HIDE, SILENCE AND PUSH THROUGH OUR PERIODS…

Because your body was never meant to feel this hard to live in.

You’ve just been taught to ignore its rhythm.

Taught to match a 24-hour masculine model of productivity.

Taught to feel guilt for resting. Shame for bleeding. Confusion about cravings. Pressure to perform the same every single day.

But your cycle was designed with intelligence.

Each CYCLE phase speaks. Each shift has a purpose.

When you understand it,  you stop fighting yourself. And you start aligning your relationships, responsibilities, and routines with your actual needs.

That’s not a privilege. It’s your birthright.

Over the past decade, I’ve poured myself into menstrual mapping, traditional womb care, and studying the hormonal shifts that shape our mood, metabolism, energy, stress, and self-worth.

I’ve applied this work inside my own marriage, in how I show up for my children, and in how I protect my boundaries and honor my rest.

And I’ve walked with other women as they’ve gone from dreading their periods… to seeing their bodies as brilliant.

What I’m sharing in this class isn’t just education, it's remembering.
And I believe every woman deserves this.
Even if no one taught you before.
Even if you’ve felt disconnected for years.

It’s never too late. You can still come home to yourself.

If you’ve ever called yourself lazy for needing more rest.
If you’ve ever hated your period for slowing you down.
If you’ve ever snapped at your partner and felt shame afterwards...
This is for you.

This is where it starts to make sense.

  • You’ll walk away with a lens to understand why you feel what you feel and what to do with it.

  • You’ll begin to sync your nourishment, your boundaries, your relationships and your parenting  with your hormonal rhythm.

  • You’ll start to reclaim energy, stability, and emotional safety by honoring the phase, you’re in instead of forcing yourself into one that’s not yours.

WHY NOW IS THE TIME?

Because the stories we inherited stop with us.

Because the next generation deserves more than silence, shame, and symptom suppression.

Because there’s no peace in pushing through, pretending you're fine, or performing like you're not bleeding.

And because you’re tired. Not broken. Not weak. Not inconsistent. Just tired of being disconnected from your own body.

This free class is your invitation to come home to yourself  and begin listening to the most powerful guide you’ve had all along: your womb.

A class that feels like a remembering

I created Honored Womb

because I believe no woman should navigate this journey alone. You deserve a space where your questions are answered, your challenges are understood, and your transitions are honored.

When I started my own path of womb healing, I couldn’t find a space where I could be unapologetically Muslim and learn practices and principles that didn’t feel at odds with my faith.  Now, the community I so desperately needed exists and you get to be a collaborator in birthing a faith-centered, body-positive and period-positive culture that our sisters are genuinely longing for.

We don’t have to become “goddesses” or “witches” to feel deeply connected to our femininity and spirituality.  We don’t have to paint murals with menstrual blood to embrace the wisdom of our menstrual cycle.  We can honor ar-rahim (the womb) as worship of ar-Rahman (the Most Merciful), not our own selves and desires.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your period or out of tune with your body’s wisdom and cycles, I invite you to join us.  You don’t have to do this by yourself anymore. A whole sisterhood is waiting to embrace you.
